Product description: Based on the positive effects of PEG on peptide purity, we development a totally PEG resin, as same as ChemMatrix®. The PEG length and matrix structure was selected to obtain a loading range of 0.5 to 1.0 mmol/g and therefore have a binding capacity comparable to polystyrene.

Solid phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) has been extensively developed in the synthesis of biomacromolecules. One key factor for the success of solid-phase methods relates to the options of polymeric support. PEGA resins consist of dimethyl acrylamide cross-linked with polyethylene glycol. These supports swell extensively in a wide range of solvents and are permeable to macromolecules up to 35 kD, making them ideal for the preparation of combinatorial libraries, affinity purification and on-resin enzyme assays.
